We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to join our HR Department. You will be a part of a fast growing company, where you will be an important part of the team. As a fairly new company we are looking for a person who can continue to build the HR structures & processes. If you also have a couple of years experience from recruiting and onboarding, you might be the person we are searching for. Here you will truly have an impact and be part of an exciting journey with international opportunities!

Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • HR processes implementation & follow up
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Analyze existing processes & suggest new HR strategies
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Support Talent Acquisition Specialist with full cycle recruitment
  • Work closely with office staff to secure a good work environment

To thrive in this position, we believe that you are analytical, goal oriented, flexible and enjoy being part of a growth journey. 


  • Experience as an HR business partner as well as with HR metrics
  • Solid understanding of HR practices with a couple of years experience from working in a business environment
  • Experience from working with labour law topics
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Nice to have: 

  • Experience from recruiting within the tech industry
  • Experience from a startup or fast growing organisation
